Julius is a long standing Christopher Square bar since the days of the Stonewall Riots. Nowadays you will find a slightly older crowd, but there are still a lot of gay travelers who check this place out so on Friday nights if you are around checking out Julius here in Greenwich Village is a good idea, especially if you are looking for an early night, after 12 am the crowds start thinning out making this a great place to start your night.
