	Spirit Air Strike Continues Saturday, June12, 2010 11:30:49 AM The Spirit Airlines pilots walked off the job this morning and the airline has cancelled all of its flights through Wednesday, June 16th. Flights for the remainder of the week are also very much in limbo. Sadly, the airline is doing little or nothing to help travelers who are affected by this. Although they are offering refunds of tickets for cancelled flights (which at this point is just today and tomorrow) they are not helping to re-accommodate passengers, leaving many to purchase new tickets on other airlines at much higher last minute fares. The only thing they are offering is a $100 credit toward a future Spirit Air flight, but in many cases that’s a small consolation.
