Carry-On Allowance

Big Sky Airlines offers you a very flexible free baggage allowance policy. So, you can chose from the following options. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you and adhere to the following requirements:

• Up to three checked with no carry-on
• Two checked with one carry-on
• One checked with two carry-on

Checked Baggage Allowance

Based on the flexible free baggage policy, you can choose from the following options:

• Carry up to three checked baggage items with no carry-on
• Carry up to two checked baggage items with one carry-on
• Carry up to one checked baggage items with two carry-on

The following imitations apply for all checked baggage:

• Weighing not more than 50lbs/23 kg
• Not exceeding 62 linear inches/157 cm (length+ width+ height)

Excess, Overweight, Oversize Baggage Fees

If your baggage exceeds Big Sky Airlines’ permissible limits of free baggage allowance, you’re required to pay additional fee based on quantity, weight and size. For each bag weighing 51-70 lb, you’ll be charged an additional amount of $45, and $100 each for bags weighing between 71- 100 lb. The standard fees for oversize baggage are as follows- $45 each for 1-3 oversize bags, and $100 for 4 or more oversize bags.
